- Good-quality soymilk - Bonsoy is hands-down the best!
- Organic yoghurt (usually in fruit flavours, although the Barambah greek is delicious on it's own)
- Organic Food Bars
- Bounce Balls
- Sun Warrior Protein Powder (I find vanilla is the most versatile flavour)
- Nut butters/spreads such as almond butter, Rawtella, and chocolate coconut butter
- Kale (or similar, like spinach, chard, etc)
- Carrots
- Apples
- Potatoes
- Edamame (both frozen and the dried snack variety)
- Ramen noodles (wholewheat, buckwheat, brown rice)
- Brown Rice
- Homemade veggie burgers (I use Angela's recipe from Oh She Glows)
- Organic, wholegrain sourdough bread made from spelt or rye flour
- Hummus (my fav is the chilli hummus made by Organic Indulgence)
- Endura (great when working-out/post-workout)\
- Raw, organic honey
- Organic tamari sauce
- Organic tomato sauce
- Dried fruit and nuts (variety depends on what I feel like at the time!)
- Orgain (I don't rely on liquid supplements, but when I don't feel like having a meal these are a substantial replacement, and taste 100 times better than Ensure!)
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Tinned beans (usually brown lentils and black beans)
- Natvia
- Britt's Organic Veggie/Lentil/Garlic pies (great for a quick meal when I don't have time to cook!)
- Quark (usually skim..it tastes the same as the one made from whole milk!)
- Nimbin Cheese
- Organic Haloumi Cheese
- Extra virgin olive oil/rice bran oil both in liquid and aerosol form
- Spirulina tablets or capsules - I cannot STAND the taste of seaweed or anything remotely "fishy"!
A girl showing the world that there is more to being a vegetarian than living off lettuce!
